Metro Detroit Auto Detailing Terms and Conditions:

1. Services:

  • Metro Detroit Auto Detailing ("the Company") offers a variety of auto detailing services as outlined in the selected package or service agreement.

 

2. Appointment Scheduling:

  • All appointments are subject to availability.

  • Customers are responsible for scheduling appointments in advance, and rescheduling or canceling appointments must be done within the specified timeframe outlined in the cancellation policy.

 

3. Pricing and Payments:

  • The pricing for auto detailing services is as per the rates specified by the Company.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

  • The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with notice to customers.

 

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Customers must provide a minimum notice period, as specified by the Company, for canceling or rescheduling appointments.

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

 

5. Refunds:

  • Refunds are only issued in cases where the Company is unable to fulfill the scheduled service.

  • No refunds will be provided for completed services or services in progress.

 

6. Vehicle Condition:

  • Customers are responsible for disclosing the accurate condition of their vehicle, including any pre-existing damage or areas requiring special attention.

  • The Company is not liable for damage to undisclosed or pre-existing conditions.

 

7. Liability:

  • The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle during detailing services.

  • The customer acknowledges that certain conditions, such as stains or scratches, may not be completely removable, and the Company will not be held responsible for such instances.

 

8. Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • The Company strives to provide high-quality detailing services. If the customer is dissatisfied with the service, they must notify the Company within a reasonable timeframe to discuss potential remedies.

 

9. Appointment Delays:

  • The Company will make reasonable efforts to adhere to scheduled appointment times. However, unforeseen circumstances or additional service requirements may cause delays.

 

10. Environmental Conditions: - Detailing services may be affected by weather conditions. The Company reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or other environmental factors.

 

11. Confidentiality: - The Company respects customer privacy and will not disclose any confidential information provided during the detailing process.

 

12. Governing Law: - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Michigan, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

By engaging in services with Metro Detroit Auto Detailing, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms with notice to customers.
